Adult Sibling Therapy

Prospect Psychology has been at the forefront of helping adult siblings navigate the complexities of their relationships. Whether siblings are struggling with conflict, caregiving responsibilities, family estrangement, or the lasting effects of childhood family dynamics, therapy can provide a structured space to strengthen communication, repair ruptures, and foster healthier relationships.

While training in adult sibling therapy has historically been limited within the mental health field, our work in this emerging area has been recognized nationally. Dr. Danielle Magaldi was recently interviewed by The New York Times for an article examining the growing field of adult sibling therapy, highlighting the unique challenges and opportunities that sibling relationships present across the lifespan.

We welcome adult siblings seeking to better understand one another, resolve conflicts, and build more meaningful and supportive relationships.
